Postage

We keep things simple with a £4.50 flat‑rate postage fee on all orders, no matter how many items you choose. Whether you’re treating yourself to one little treasure or filling your basket with gifts, the postage stays the same.

Delivery Timescales

Standard Products

For all our non‑personalised goodies, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. (Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays)

Customised & Handmade Item

Some of our loveliest pieces take a little longer because they’re made especially for you. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery of personalised or handmade items. A few extra‑special items may take a touch longer due to the craftsmanship involved. Good things really do take time.
